If the RV happens, where are they going to get the dollars to pay you
foreigners off. There is over 25 trillion dinars in circulations and
probably 2/3 are outside the country. People are selfish and the Iraqi’s
know most of there currency is outside the country. They will keep the
dollars (from Oil sales) for themselves and build there infrastructure, not
payoff a bunch of carpetbaggers off for speculating on there currency. If
I was Iraq, I would do a 3 day in-country only Dinar exchange old for new
and drop the zeros at the same time. All the sudden all those dinars
outside of the country are worthless. Make some provision for banks with
real dinar accounts and true currency traders.
