December 15th or January 1st are the dates we are looking for the new “international” rate to be posted (reinstated–as an R.I.) on the UN Operational Rates of Exchange (and the CBI website). (May be a value close to “1 to 1”). All evidence before the 5th of December, being announced by IMF…NOTHING will be seen BEFORE the 15th…then on the 15th of December…the RI announcement by the CBI and UN…OR on January 1st. RV sometime in 2017 closer to a value of $4.00 USD per IQD, from what Frank alluded to in some recent posts.
